Doug Nocerino is enexdi’s co-founder and chief executive officer. He leads a team of 60+ professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
Doug’s “go beyond the fold” philosophy is interwoven throughout the enexdi team approach and its best practices to exceed client expectations. Doug oversees all enexdi business endeavors including enexdi's three primary business divisions; proposal development consulting, proposal printing & assembly and business print/copy/bind services.
Prior to co-founding enexdi in 2002, Doug was a senior executive with global consulting and technology leader Accenture LLP. During his 13+ year tenure with Accenture, he specialized in business process re-engineering, information technology implementations and client relationship management. He earned a B.S. in Management Science, with a concentration in Production and Operations Management, from Virginia Tech.
Doug is committed to supporting organizations that help people in need. Both financial and in-kind assistance is provided to non-profits that serve America’s warriors and their families as well as several other local initiatives. Learn more about enexdi’s philanthropy support.
Andrea Tasker - Director of Proposal Services - Andrea joined enexdi in early 2011 and is the primary liaison between enexdi clients and the enexdi proposal consulting team. She is responsible for effectively aligning our people and our clients to develop compelling, winning proposals. Andrea provides exceptional client service, is committed to providing talented proposal professionals and employs a positive risk mitigation attitude that results in both successful proposal projects and long-term client relationships.
An active member of the Association for Proposal Management Professionals National Capital Area (APMP-NCA), Andrea is the corporate partner chair, a position she's held since 2011. Andrea served on Proposal Basics Boot Camp publicity committee and as exhibitor chair of the organization’s Mid-Atlantic Proposal Conference and Expo. Andrea also is on the Speaker Series committee, a position that plans and organizes keynote guests for the chapter throughout the year. Andrea earned a marketing degree from Robert Morris University. Anne Pyne – Business Development Manager, Proposal
Consulting - Anne is the primary point of contact for clients
requesting proposal consulting services. With 9 years of professional business
development experience, Anne provides responsive, pleasant and professional
service to enexdi proposal clients. Anne and Andrea work together
seamlessly to provide talented proposal professionals that help clients develop
compelling, winning proposals!
Anne is a graduate of Wake Forest
University where she earned a degree in Sociology.

Damian Gladysiewski - Director of Production - joined enexdi in 2007 and serves as the director of operations. With over 25 years of industry experience, Damian supervises daily projects and operations, oversees enexdi’s facilities and manages company logistics and scheduling. He emphasizes continuous business process improvement across operations. With a steadfast commitment to client excellence, Damian develops and implements streamlined processes with a focus on risk mitigation and quality control. Damian is also active in the Association for Proposal Management Professionals National Capital Area (APMP-NCA) and it4dc, which produces business networking events for IT professionals. Trevor Niles - All of us
at enexdi are saddened by the death of Trevor
Niles, which occurred on Saturday, September 9th, 2017. The
tragic and sudden circumstances may cause a range of reactions among
our team members, clients and friends so with the family’s
permission we are sharing information several ways including this website post. For almost 12
years, Trevor worked for and was a key component of the enexdi team. From entry level to experienced project
manager, he built a successful career helping clients and team members with an
array of project efforts. We will miss him immensely. Trevor's family requested that lieu of flowers, those who wish to offer condolences may
donate to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in
