Our Team

A native to the DC Metro area, Doug leads 70+ professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Prior to co-founding enexdi in 2002, Doug specialized in business process re-engineering, information technology implementations and client relationship management for 13+ years as a senior executive with Accenture. A proud Hokie, Doug earned a B.S. in Management Science, with a concentration in Production and Operations Management from Virginia Tech. Co-Founder & CEO

Since joining enexdi in 2011, Andrea has expanded her career into serving as the primary liaison between enexdi clients and the enexdi proposal consulting team. She is responsible for effectively aligning enexdi proposal professionals and enexdi clients to develop compelling, winning proposals. Andrea earned a marketing degree from Robert Morris University. Andrea enjoys the outdoors and going on adventures with her golden retriever, Lucy.

Andrea Tasker

Director of Proposal Services

With over 30 years of industry experience and more than 11 years at enexdi, Damian maintains a steadfast commitment to client excellence. Damian supervises all daily projects, manages company logistics and a variety of other key operational efforts with an emphasis on continuous business process improvement across operations.
During his free time, Damian continues to improve his golf game and enjoys fishing & traveling with his family.

Damian Gladysiewski

Director of Operations

Anne is the primary point of contact for enexdi clients. With over 4 years at enexdi and 12 years of professional business development experience, Anne provides responsive, pleasant and professional service to help clients develop compelling, winning proposals! She is serving her 4th year on the APMP-NCA Board of Directors as the Corporate Partner Chair. Anne is a graduate of Wake Forest University where she earned a degree in Sociology. In her free time, Anne enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and dog.
