Marc has over 30+ years as a proposal professional. Because he is trained as a policy analyst (Masters in Public Policy from University of California, Berkeley) and certified as a project manager (Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute), Marc digs into the client’s problem to be solved, how to solve that problem, and how to capture and portray the strategy and approach in the proposal. He loves this work, often telling people (who tell him he may be crazy!) that proposals exercise his right-brain creative/intuitive with his left-brain logic/analytic. Marc’s extensive experience enables him to adapt to personalities and pace of each client and proposal opportunity. He also enjoys the people/leadership aspect of leading proposals and orals preparation

Mike began work with enexdi nearly a decade ago following more than 20 years experience with the Federal government, State governments, and the United Nations. In support of 100+ proposal responses with enexdi, his skills as a program manager, capture manager, and technical manager strike a positive, complimentary role with client personnel. “I enjoy the technical writing and transitioning from interviews and bullet points to responsive prose; however, there is an enhanced attraction to sitting in the editor’s chair and facing an avalanche of chapters targeted for a short-term deadline. The resulting intensity drives focus, creates the clarity necessary to “see” beyond the multiple voices to craft a single, cohesive document–and delivers great work satisfaction when the bell rings.“
